GATEGATE Village Neighbourhoods

GATEGATE is Member Focused; GATEGATE's members are Experts looking to ply their trade and Entrepreneurs looking to start, build, or expand their own businesses. However, we at GATEGATE do not presuppose that we know the what the exact makeup of the membership will be at any future date (for prophets we are not) but we do know what the exact makeup of the membership is today and we will know tomorrow when that becomes today.

GATEGATE gathers extensive and detailed information about the membership, not to sell to others, in fact not EVER to let others access in any way, only to use to allow GATEGATE to market GATEGATE Village and the GATEGATE Village membership of Trusted Experts and Entrepreneurs. This intimate knowledge of the membership allows us to identify what we like to call Village Neighbourhoods, neworks of people linked together by various bonds of similarity.

These neighbourhood bonds might be skill-based, where there are many experts in the same field, vertical-based where the links are connected with a specific type of business, and/or region-based where the links are connected with a geographic region. Any member may be connected with any number of identifiable neighbourhoods, and in fact would typically be in 3 or more neighbourhoods.

The marketing does three things;

  1. Brings new opportunities to the Opportunity Knocks Auction

Marketing funds are divided amongst the identified neighbourhoods with higher percentages going to neighbourhoods with larger number of members. Marketing funds are spent on new campaigns desinged to bring new business specific to the identified neighbourhoods for the GATEGATE Membership to compete for.

  1. Brings new Vendors to the Vendor Directory

Experts are some of the best sales people in the world, when your product is superior, needed and an Expert personally endorses it, the sales are almost easy. Vendors that are looking to expand their business will want to know about the neighbourhoods – particularly about neighbourhoods they are currently in themselves.

  1. Brings new Trusted Experts and Entrepreneurs

The membership excels best as a collective when it is populated with experts from virtually all areas. The intimate knowledge GATEGATE has of the membership allows GATEGATE to solicit for more members that are the types of Experts the membership wants.

 

The marketing budget is approximately 10% of the positive net profit from the previous financial quarter and is divided up amongst the three groups above in a way consistent with the goals of the Board of Directors.

The advertising budget is separate from the marketing bucket and is based upon corporate net assets, the advertising budget works with the marketing campaigns defined from previous efforts.

TRIP AND GATEGATE NEIGHBOURHOODS

So, the savvy Trusted Entrepreneur should be able to see a real opportunity with the GATEGATE TRIP. GATEGATE will pay you handsomely to build out a network of other Trusted Entrepreneurs that together form neighbourhoods that GATEGATE will identify and then form marketing campaigns around your neighbourhood. Thus, you get paid to build out your business network and then have free marketing and advertising campaigns directed towards that network.
