GATE
Village has a wide variety of functionality, a plethora of content types, and a vast and growing database of content. No single account or person (outside of the necessary Administrator account) has access to everything, not even GATE employees. Access to all functions, features, content and content types is controlled through tte use of roles -- this is often referred to as Role Based Access.
GATE Village roles are usually hierarchical in nature, thus any member may have many different roles.
